Yes, I am counting them down! Our last school day is December 18th and then we are off until January 5th. I am so looking forward to the time at home. I hope to get my sewing room organized. Wish me luck there - I have been meaning to do it for several years now. My problem is that when I get down there I don't want to spend that precious time organizing, I want to sew!!
I just returned from my guild Christmas party at Flavin Glover's house. As usual it was a lot of fun. I didn't bring my camera and so have no pictures. Everything was beautiful and there was plenty of good sweet and salty snacks. Perfect. I took some roasted pecans and I have some leftover which I will share with my coworkers tomorrow.
Well, have a good Friday. I am so glad tomorrow is Friday. Hooray!!

How wonderful that you have a sewing room. I'm still trying to get my budget ready to buy a sewing machine. It seems like such a hard thing to do... choosing that machine. I've had lots of blogger advice so I think I've settled on the Bernina... However, now I've to just get myself to do the actual purchase.
Glad you had a delightful time at your party. Good luck with the organizing. I'll try to tackle a few more bins myself.
I think we look forward to the breaks more than the kids! We also have 10 more days, but the last 4 are for semester exams. Not real days at all, so that only leaves 6. Not that I'm counting of course.
Do you believe it! In Japan kids are still going to school on December 25! No one is thinking about vacation yet...
Ahh! Holidays.....(as in breaks!), opportunities to get all sorts of things done!
