English Paper Piecing

Last week my friend Anne and I (Hi Anne!) took a class on English paper piecing. There was also a tea party. I am posting a photo of some of my progress. I have added to it since I took these photos. I took a photo of the reverse so that you can see the paper pieces that are still inside the shapes. I remove them as soon as they are completely surrounded by stitching. I am really enjoying this project.

Great job on your project! I love paper piecing and have made a Grandmother's Flower Garden and am working on the Hexagon quilt now. Great projects for riding in the car or just watching TV. Am anxious to see how your project will turn out. :D

I haven't tried this before, how big are the pieces? I have been watching Carol (Cornfield Quilter) as she makes hers and think it would be fun to try.
